This is really more for my records than anything else, because yes, I do sometimes forget what I've learned, or what I'm supposed to have learned, especially with the self defense.
White Belt
Basic Skills:
Punch
Palm strike
Knife hand
Knee kick
Front kick
Roundhouse kick
Low block
High block
Middle block
Form:
Poomse Kicho (which is apparently a hybrid version of three different kicho forms, which is why I can't find any videos of what we do)
Self-Defense:
Hair grab
Collar grab
Choking from the front
Belt grab
Rear shoulder grab
Yellow Belt
Basic Skills:
Backfist
Ridge hand
Side kick
Outside crescent kick
Different Other Middle block (
tryslora calls it a hammer block)
Form:
Poomse Taeguk Il Jang
Self-Defense:
Double wrist grab
Single shoulder grab
Side headlock
Choking from the rear
Choking on the floor (not tested)
Step-Sparring:
1-4
Green Belt
Basic Skills:
Axe kick
Inside crescent kick
Hook punch
Uppercut (I don't remember doing this before now, anyway)

Taeguk Ee Jang
Self-Defense:
Single wrist grab (this wasn't tested, and we never did it again after one day...)
Rear bear hug
Cross-wrist grab (this may not actually be green belt level - we didn't test on it)
Double wrist grab from behind
Front headlock (not tested)
