To Do - October 30, 3013

eternaleponineToday is off to a bit of a slow start, but then, it's my day off, so I think I'm allowed. I actually don't have a crazy amount of stuff to do today for once, and a lot of it is fairly simple. Even so, I'm treating/torturing you all to/with a glimpse at my day... mainly because if I know someone else might see it I'm actually more likely to get it all done rather than deleting things at the end of the day and saying, "Eh, I'll do it tomorrow."
I'm blaming Rikibeth for the fact that I haven't gotten fuckall done yet today. Why? Because I was talking about my Hawkguy costume for tomorrow, and how I couldn't bring my bow to work (pretty sure they'd frown on me bringing an actual bow to work, and we got rid of the Nerf one) and she said that I needed a Pizza Dog.
Which became a three hour long epic adventure.
TKD is off the To Do list not because it's done but because if I am going to stand a chance of getting the other stuff done, I can't lose that two plus hours, which is what it is, between getting there, an hour of class, getting home and showering.
Next step is putting the plastic on my windows, because holy fuck are they drafty. My right arm is FREEZING.
Update: 10:27 pm
So... yeah. I gave up. There was no way I was getting everything done. There was no way I was getting even close to everything done. So I gave up. I'm watching the game and trying not to think about the fact that I'm going to have to get up even earlier than usual tomorrow to get my costume on... mostly just to wrap myself in gauze and medical tape, some of which is even legit since I might as well wrap my real injury while I'm doing fake ones.
