Yeah, it seems to be calmer tonight. I've just never had to run so continuously before. It was a bit alarming.

We had three teenage boy black belts visiting today, so class was interesting. We all ended up with a buddy, pretty much. They seemed like a nice enough bunch. We did circuit training, which is brutal in this heat. Tomorrow R. won't be there, so I may be alone. Not that this really means anything... Master Paul doesn't take it easy just because there's only one person in class.
